1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Dig The Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (forum posts, reviews, profile information). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dig The Game is provided "as is." Khejan, LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during activities found through the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content including location details, coach qualifications, or event information.
6. Waivers
Dig The Game does not provide legal waivers. Event organizers are responsible for obtaining their own liability waivers through appropriate legal channels. We may link to third-party waiver services but do not endorse or guarantee their templates.
